Made to Order

1. Our products are “Made to Order,” meaning they are customized according to your specifications. Due to the personalized nature of these products, please review your order details carefully before confirming.

Order Placement and Fit Guarantee

1. By placing an order on our website, you agree that you are over the legal age for entering into binding contracts in India.
2. We offer made-to-order clothing items. Each product is individually crafted according to your specifications.
3. Our Fit Guarantee ensures that we will adjust the measurements of your ordered garment if it doesn’t meet your expectations. Contact our customer support within 1 months of receiving the garment for assistance.
4. Any further alterations requested due to changes in body dimensions, size, or style preferences may not be covered by the Fit Guarantee.

Payment and Pricing

1. Payment is collected at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods, as displayed on our website.
2. All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise specified.
3. We do not store debit/credit card information. Payment information is securely processed by our payment gateway providers.

 Production and Delivery

1. Our products are made to order, and production times vary based on product complexity. Estimated production and delivery times are provided on our website during the ordering process.
2. Risk of purchased goods is transferred to the customer upon delivery.
3. We ship within India using reputable courier services. International shipping is also available.

Returns and Exchanges

1. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not provide full returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.
2. Customers are eligible for our Fit Guarantee and one-time exchange for sizing adjustments. Contact us within 1 months of receiving the garment to initiate the exchange process.
3. Replacements may not be available in the same color or style, as some items may be seasonal or limited editions.
4. We will not accept return claims based on sweat stains, discoloration, or other post-receipt issues.

Privacy and Data

1. Personal information provided during order placement is used solely for order processing and promotional purposes.
2. Your information is disclosed to third parties involved in the production of your order or promotions.

Disclaimers
