Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Cancellation of Customized Orders

For customized orders, you have a window of 24 hours from the time of purchase to request a cancellation. After this timeframe, the creation process begins, and cancellations are not possible.
